When the iron separator is installed at the head of the belt conveyor, it is beneficial to remove the iron, because the material has forward momentum and is loose, but the drive wheel at the bottom of the iron separator should be made of non-ferromagnetic material. 7. When it is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor (i.e. cross arrangement), in order to improve the iron removal effect, WCG series non-magnetic linear idler can be installed under the belt. 8. For non ferromagnetic metal materials that cannot be adsorbed by GJT series metal detectors of iron removal equipment, metal detectors shall be selected for detection, and they shall be picked up manually after alarm and shutdown. 9. The equipment features large suction and easy ball suction; Easy to static electricity. When the iron removal requirements are high, the specification of iron remover shall be appropriately improved or multistage iron removal shall be adopted. 10. When multistage iron removal is adopted, the suction of iron removal in the later stage; Otherwise, the iron removal effect of the later equipment is poor.
