1. Before starting the iron remover, open the valve of each water pipe and observe whether the water nozzle is blocked. Check that the displayed pressure of the water pressure gauge must meet the specified requirements. Start the oil pump. Before starting the oil pump, the cooling water pipe must be opened first, and the valves of each part of the oil circuit must be opened before starting the oil pump. After the oil pump is started, pay attention to check whether the oil pressure is normal and whether each part of the oil circuit is leaking. And make sure that the oil circuit keeps normal circulation.
2. Before use, the iron remover should be fully aware of the time to check a shutdown. If the shutdown is due to equipment failure, start-up can only be considered after troubleshooting. After checking and confirming that the equipment is correct, turn the operating equipment first. After a week of rotation, if the equipment can rotate flexibly without jamming, the running parts will be free of obstacles; Otherwise, inspection should be used to avoid obstacles.
3. The current should be added after the main machine of the equipment starts up and runs normally. Pay attention not to add to the rated value at one time, but gradually add to the rated current from small to large.
