1. The clearance between rotor shaft and bearing, inner ring and outer ring of bearing, cage and ball is gradually increased due to the large assembly clearance of hammer crusher and long-time operation. Moreover, with the increase of the clearance, the swing is unstable and the balance is always lost in the process of rotation.
2. It may also be due to the uneven force on the rotor shaft, and this imbalance includes two parts: structural imbalance and mass defect. The structural imbalance refers to the asymmetric structure and uneven texture, and the other part is the rotor mass eccentricity caused by the rotor parts falling off and wear, which leads to the vibration instability of the hammer crusher.
