2、 Protection:
1. It is forbidden to bump and bump on the surface of the drum. The wear condition of the magnetic cylinder should be checked frequently. When the wear depth of the outer cylinder is more than 1 mm, it should be replaced in time
2. The surface of the magnetic roller is often cleaned up to absorb the undelivered iron filings to reduce the wear. Too much iron filings will cause great resistance and seriously affect the magnetic separation
3. Ferromagnetic objects (more than 1 mm) are not allowed to get close to the surface of the magnetic roller to prevent equipment damage. Larger iron objects may not be removed when they are adsorbed on the roller
4. Always check the fixing screws of various parts to avoid equipment faults caused by looseness
5. Magnetic cards, mobile phones, watches and other easily magnetized items should not be close to the magnetic roll!

1. Keep away from the disturbance of external strong magnetic field;
2. The magnetic system is not subjected to severe impact;
3. The roller can not be disassembled without the consent of the company;
4. Do not store the magnetic separator in the place where the temperature is too high or too low. |
