High frequency vibrating screen is widely used in metal ore dressing plant. There
are mainly two kinds of high frequency vibrating screen: nylon screen and stainless
steel woven screen.
The screen frame of the electromagnetic vibration nylon fine
screen is suspended on the bracket by four steel cables with the aid of spring, and
the bottom of the screen frame is connected with an electromagnetic vibrator in the
middle. The nylon screen grate is pressed on the screen frame with wedges. The pulp
is fed from the upper end of the sieve through the homogenizer, and the screened
products flow into two ore receiving tanks respectively. The electromagnetic
vibrator of nylon fine screen is an electromagnet. When it is electrified, the
armature is sucked and causes the screen surface to vibrate; when the power is off,
the armature leaves the iron core under the spring force, and its interval
determines the amplitude of the sieve. The screen surface is a plane screen made of
nylon and connected with copper pipes from the bottom. The screen bar is horizontal
and perpendicular to the flow direction of pulp. The sieves of the sieves are
wearable and can be used for 1~2 months after 2~3 months, so the use time is long,
the screen is easy to assemble and replace, and the amplitude of the electric
vibration is easy to adjust.
The screen frame of stainless steel fine screen is
fixed on the screen frame by four rubber springs through screws. The screen frame
is in suspension state, and high-frequency vibration is generated by the exciting
motor installed above the middle part of the screen frame. A pair of vibrators are
installed at both ends of the motor shaft. The amplitude can be changed by
adjusting the angle between the adjusting block and the weight block of the
vibrator, but the frequency can not be adjusted. The screen surface is divided into
three sections, which can feed ore at the same time and work in parallel. In order
to make the pulp volume, mass fraction and particle size of each section of the
sieve basically similar, a pulp distributor is installed. The slurry flowing from
the distributor through the pipe is evenly fed to the screen surface through the
uniform plate and porous rubber plate. The screen surface is made of stainless
steel wire mesh, which is overlapped by three layers of screens with different
apertures during assembly. The upper layer has a small hole, which is the main
screen, which is determined by the size of the screen; the second layer has a
larger sieve sequence than the upper layer, which is called the anti blocking
screen; the third layer has a larger mesh to support. Three layers of screen
tension are made into a whole, and then horizontally tensioned and fixed on the
screen frame. The characteristics of the fine screen are as follows: laminated
screen, the screen hole is not easy to be blocked; three way ore feeding increases
the screen surface width and reduces the thickness of the material layer, which is
conducive to making full use of the screen surface and improving the screening
efficiency and production capacity; the effective screening area of stainless steel
woven mesh is large. |
