1、 Comparison between impact crusher and hammer crusher:
1. When the water content material is too large:
The impact crusher does not need to be equipped with a bottom sieve plate. The feeding chute and the impact plate can be equipped with a heating device to prevent the binding of materials.
The hammer crusher must be equipped with a bottom sieve plate, which can not be heated to prevent the material from sticking, thus increasing the possibility of blocking.
2. The impact crusher can adjust the discharge particle size by adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the grinding chamber, etc., and the hydraulic control system can easily adjust the gap through the local operation button or the transportation control system.
The hammer crusher can only adjust the discharging granularity by changing the bottom sieve plate.

3. The driving system adopts the mode of motor + mechanical coupling + V-belt + crusher, which can effectively improve the starting performance of the motor and make the motor start smoothly. The belt drive mode can play the function of double overload protection. The motor power required by the drive system is low, which greatly reduces the operation cost.
4. The multi-stage impact chamber of the impact crusher has large crushing space and is suitable for the crushing of large materials. The angle of the impact plate can be adjusted to ensure that the material is at a proper angle during repeated impact between the impact plate and the rotor, which can effectively improve the crushing efficiency. Hammer crusher
